Steve, I continue to be amazed at the world around me. Since being introduced to TEAM and now LIFE, our lives have been enriched beyond measure.

Within the first five months, Michele and I have grown in each of the eight F’s. With Family – although we had a good relationship before, it is becoming great. I am a better Husband and Father and I continue to make improvements though the association. With Friends – we have made more meaningful connections in these last few months than we have in years. Friendships that I am sure will endure the test of time. As a natural extension, we have had more Fun as well. The Smith’s, Dollaway’s, Sweezer’s, Tuttle’s and many more make that a reality for us. Finances – by applying the principles outlined in Maximize your finances, we have eliminated over a $100,000.00 in debt creating an additional $1500.00 per month of expendable income. We fully expect to be debt free within a few short years which is directly attributable to our association with this organization. Following – with 21 years in the Military most people would have thought that I had this category on track….I certainly did, however, definitely not the case. Through the training system and contact with those of you with low hanging fruit, I have found plenty of room to grow. I openly admit that initially, I was reluctant to take a young man in his 30’s that had been job optional for 8, seriously as a leader. Again, and happily so, I don’t think I could have been more wrong. The counsel provided by both you and Beth, and the rest of our leadership team has been the pivot point on which Michele and I turned to make positive changes in our lives. As we grow through the five levels of leadership, your example will serve as a beacon in the night, guiding us safely into port. (Had to go a little nautical, my apologies) As for Freedom and Fitness, both are coming. I saved Faith for last but not because it is lease important, quite the opposite. Although we believed, we did not participate. It was kind of like going to church but watching the service outside through a window, neither of us really wanting to go inside. The bothersome part is that we both thought that was OK. That the example we were setting for our children was good enough. We now see more clearly our role as parents and children of God and are taking appropriate action for ourselves. Gratefully, when you have somebody leading by example, in whichever category of life we want to improve, it is easy to follow with intent.

You, Beth and the other leaders exemplify graciousness, and greatness and we look forward to the continued association.

    Warm Regards,

    The Croyle’s
